October 08, 2018Hygiene is The First Issue And This is a basic requirement, so come on, guys, be clean! Taking a shower or a bath every day isn’t really optional. You should take one every day, even if it’s just a perfunctory five minutes. Keeping clean not only makes you smell infinitely nicer, it also makes going about your day-to-day life much more pleasant for those around you. And Be Hygienic also gives You a lot of Confidence and Keep some deodorant or body spray in your bag or on your person at all times so that you don’t start to smell throughout whatever the day may bring. Having good hygiene also helps maintain self-esteem and boosts your mood—some things you need to be a gentleman.
It is The Hygiene And One More Important thing is Having a Healthy daily schedule so that you can optimize your day and be more productive all over the day. So for this You must need first to decide few goals By few I mean less than 5 but those goals are specific , measurable , attainable , realistic and timely and in single word those are smart goals .
That way you have an exact idea of what you need to get done and you can stay on top of it without going crazy. and By doing so you'll dodge the bullets of decision fatigue and over worrying.
All of these You need a healthy full day schedule there are so many advantages of a good schedule.

In your schedule try to put a separate time for family like dinner is always with family and Social Time like Hanging out with your Friends, Sports, Group Activities. There is a separate time for this.
Always Have a Backup Plan For a Day
Flexibility for Last Minute or Unexpected Things Space for things, this could include having 15 Minutes or even 30 Minutes, a chunk out of your schedule for free time, or even meeting with someone. If you have a job being Flexible is a must. If there is an Emergency and you need to meet with a Client right away.
Mark Successes
Marking Off Successes with a Colored Pen give a pleasant feeling and a level of confidence. I know personally myself, I have a Bullet Journal, and others I know or have spoken to do too. You could even just have a Plain Journal too write out your Schedule with that is Specific to Scheduling. For this You can also use your mobile phone having some application or mark it when it is completed.
Reward Yourself
Rewarding Yourself Once you accomplish Important Things in Your Schedule, you should always Reward Yourself. Such as a Coffee from Cafe coffee day, Journal/ Journal Supplies, a New Piece of Clothing, Makeup or, even anything you have been planning to buy that you still haven’t.And the Reward is According to your accomplishment.

Use Calendars
This could include Pocket Book Calendar, Bullet Journal, a Plain Journal where you make your own similar to a Bullet Journal. Wall Calendar, Day Planner and anything else you could think of. Or You Can Just take Your mobile Calendar and Make A schedule inside it.
Use The Principle Of Divide & Conquer
Do small chunks of work and to do’s, then reward yourself after complete those task and complete them in the Small part's. It helps You to get interest on the task and improve your confidence level.
Use Fractions Of Time
Be Flexible which I mentioned earlier. Have things with you such as a planner while in the waiting room for an appointment. Or even doing things while you are on the Bus. And if sometimes some thoughts accidentally strike on our mind note them in your journal.
Make The Most Of Your Time
Using time efficiently, putting away distractions such as your phone, tablet or computer. Plus, stay off of Social Media. Use Free time if you have to let’s say when things get to stressful take breaks. As I previously say that technology is evil and angel.
Be Aware of Your Alertness Cycle
Are you a morning person or night, when do you start getting tired, what is the busiest time of the year for school or work, when you are most likely to get work done efficiently.
Evaluate Your Process
Use a Planner see what you have accomplished, make to do lists for the week then, see what you have accomplished, even do a Gratitude Log for each day and write down what you are Grateful for. And One of the most things always grateful of god because they give you all of this.You need to know that for Yourself having a Schedule is Important. And I think everybody should at least have a day planner where you keep track of things and always have a Schedule.
